Caring for and loving animals has always been a part of my family's culture. From a very young age I owned and cared for pets of all kinds, from dogs to bunnies to iguanas. My love for animals extended beyond the pets I had at home to sheltered and wild animals. I have fond memories of regularly visiting a local shelter with my Mom, a tradition that has carried with me into adulthood. Quickly realizing that the animals in shelters needed extra love and attention, my family and I adopted 8 dogs over the years, in addition to our 4 other dogs. There's nothing like adopting a dog that had a terrible past and giving them the chance they so deserve, while watching them blossom into the incredible dog they really are! Now I currently own 3 rescue dogs, a Chihuahua, Milo and 2 Min Pins, Mowgli & Jaeger.
     
    Almost two decades ago it became clear to me that I needed to seek out a profession working with animals since I've always possessed such a deep passion for them. I started working for a pet sitting and dog walking company. As much as I loved the job, a move back north led me to an opportunity working at a full service animal hospital with a big boarding facility that housed up to 50 dogs and 30 cats. Throughout my years working with animals I have gained a wide range of experience and an incredible amount of knowledge in animal care, behavior and safety, along with being certified in Pet CPR/First Aid. I have worked with animals of all ages, all sizes and all kinds of breeds, that had various medical, emotional and behavioral special needs. I developed some really deep bonds with some amazing pets who I loved like my own and I will never forget them!
     
     I am taking all the knowledge and experience I have gained professionally and personally to bring the best pet sitting experience to your home for you and your pet. There is nothing like the joy that pets bring into our lives. I would love nothing more than to bring as much joy as possible into each and every pets life!
